Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Agentive Academy Pro ("the Service"), operated by Agentive Integrations LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Notice.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or 14 to 17 with a parent's or guardian's consent for courses designed for that age group. The Service is not intended for anyone under 13. Purchases must be made by an adult (18 or over), or by a parent or guardian for a learner under 18.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

3. License to course content

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the course content for your own education. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, scrape, decompile or create derivative works from the materials. Team and enterprise use is subject to a separate written agreement.

4. Certificates

A certificate is issued automatically when the Service records that every lesson in every module of a course has been completed by your account. For a course with a final exam, the certificate is issued only after every lesson is complete and the exam has been passed. Certificates state that the course was completed, and for a course with a final exam that the exam was passed; they are not professional licenses or accredited qualifications. We may revoke a certificate that was obtained by circumventing the platform, and revoked certificates show as such on the verification page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer or probe the Service, attempt to access another account, automate lesson completion, or use the Service in breach of applicable law.

6. AI tools and third parties

Courses describe and demonstrate third-party AI products. We are not affiliated with those providers unless stated. AI outputs can be wrong; verify before relying on them in any real setting. Some course assets were produced with AI assistance and reviewed before publication.

7. Military and government learners

Service members and government civilians may use the Service for educational purposes consistent with the Joint Ethics Regulation and applicable ethics rules. No endorsement by any branch of the U.S. Government is implied. Agentive Integrations is a private company; its principal's military service is in a personal capacity and separate from this Service.

8. Purchases, lifetime access and the 5-day guarantee

Each course is bought individually. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Discount codes are issued at our discretion, apply only to the course and period stated, cannot be combined, and have no cash value.

"Lifetime access" means access to the course you bought, including updates we publish to it, for as long as the Academy Pro service operates, on the account that bought it. If we ever close the service, we will give at least 90 days' notice by email. Certificates you have earned stay in our register and keep verifying online at the address printed on them.

Money-back guarantee. If a course is not right for you, request a refund from Account, Orders within 5 days of payment and we refund the full amount paid for that order to your original payment method. No reason is required. When a refund is made the course closes on your account, and any certificate earned from it is revoked. After 5 days, purchases are final except where the law requires otherwise. A card dispute opened while an order is paid closes the course until it is resolved.

9. No guarantee of results

We provide education, training and frameworks. We do not promise any income, savings, career, business or performance result. Any figures you enter in our return-on-investment calculator are your own estimates, and examples in the courses are illustrations, not predictions.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentive Integrations LLC and its officers and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.

11. Termination and changes

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may change these Terms by posting a new version here; continued use after the change is acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes are heard in the state or federal courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
