Privacy Notice

Agentive Academy is the learning platform of Agentive Integrations LLC, Tampa Bay, Florida ("we", "us"). This notice explains what we collect when you use the Academy, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. What we collect

Account details. Your name, email address and a one-way hash of your password. Your name is printed on the certificates issued to you.

Learning records. Which courses you have started, which lessons you have completed and when, where you last were in each course (module, lesson and how far down the page), approximate time spent, and any certificates issued to you with their number and issue date.

Technical records. Sign-in attempts and an administrative audit log record the IP address of sign-ins, password resets and administrative actions, to protect accounts from misuse. Sign-in attempts are deleted after 30 days.

2. How we use it

To run your account and sign you in; to save your progress so you can continue on any device; to issue, store and publicly verify certificates; to send transactional email such as password reset links; and to keep the platform secure. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

3. Where it is stored

Account, progress and certificate data is stored in a MySQL database on Hostinger web hosting operated by us. Sessions are stored on the same hosting. Some course pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when those pages load; the rest of the Academy is served from our own domain.

4. Cookies and browser storage

One strictly necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. While you are in a lesson, your browser may briefly hold a progress update that could not reach the server (for example on a dropped connection) and sends it as soon as it can. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Public verification

Anyone who has a certificate number can look it up on the verification page and see the name printed on the certificate, the course title, the number of modules and lessons, and the issue date. Nothing else about you is shown.

6. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. When an account is deleted, its progress and certificates are deleted with it and its certificate numbers stop verifying.

7. Your rights

You can update your name and password on the Account page. To receive a copy of your data, change your email address, or have your account deleted, email academy@agentiveintegrations.io from the address on the account. We respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The Academy is intended for adults and, for the AI for High School course, learners aged 14 and over with a parent's or guardian's consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We will post any change to this notice here with a new date.
